ReturnsMonroe may exchange or give a credit note for a change-of- mind purchase, subject to the following conditions:• Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt • Does not apply to goods reduced for sales purposes • Does not apply to sales of accessories, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear • Goods that are worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer will NOT be exchanged • Shipping and handling costs are not refundable Refund will only be granted on damaged or faulty goods. Please contact Monroe within 14 days of receiving the item. For approved refunds or exchanges postage and handling charges are non-refundable. It is recommended that you (1) use a traceable delivery method for all returns and (2) either insure your delivery for safe return to Monroe or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping. Defective and damaged products Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact Monroe within one week of receiving your order. Size change Monroe is happy to provide a size exchange. However, postage and handling charges incurred by you and Monroe to resend will be at your cost. How to return To return goods you must first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) from Monroe.
